Isntree Hyper Vitamin C 23 Serum is a Vitamin C serum that contains 23% Pure Vitamin C to help fade hyperpignmentation for a radiant complexion. It is formulated with 23% Ascorbic Acid to even out skin tone, Tocopherol (Vitamin E) to boost anti-oxidant synergy, as well as Panthenol to strengthen skin barrier, moisturize and soothe skin. This serum is infused with Birch Juice to hydrate and soothe skin. The lightweight formula is fast-absorbing.

After applying toner, dispense 2-3 drops and apply to the entire face. Gently pat for better absorption.
