About K-Beauty Store
K-Beauty Store is the destination for Korean skincare and beauty products in Europe. Since 2022, we have been bringing the most innovative and effective products from Korea to our customers. With a rapidly growing webshop and the opening of our first physical store in Amsterdam, we are taking the next step in our growth and we are looking for you to join us.
What will you do?
As Store Manager, you are responsible for the success of our first physical store. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that every customer has a unique and high-quality in-store experience.
Store operations
- You are responsible for the daily operations of the store
- You ensure the store is always clean, well-presented, and aligned with our brand
- You manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels
Team & leadership
- You lead and motivate the store team to perform at their best
- You create staff schedules and ensure proper coverage
- You coach team members on product knowledge, customer experience, and sales
Customer experience & advice
- You provide personalized skincare advice to customers
- You create a premium and welcoming store experience
- You ensure customers leave the store with a positive feeling (and a glow ✨)
Sales & performance
- You actively work towards achieving sales targets
- You identify opportunities to improve sales (e.g. product placement, promotions)
- You analyze store performance and make adjustments where needed
Brand & experience
- You ensure the store fully reflects our brand identity
- You contribute to in-store activations, launches, and events
- You are the face of K-Beauty Store on the shop floor
Who are you?
- You have an interest in beauty and skincare (K-beauty is a strong plus)
- You have experience in retail, preferably in a leadership role
- You are customer-focused, energetic, and commercially driven
- You have strong communication skills and speak Dutch and English well
- You are proactive, independent, and take ownership
- You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and like to contribute to growth

What will you do?
As Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store. Together, you ensure strong store performance and an exceptional customer experience.
Store operations
- You support the daily operations of the store

Team & collaboration
- You support in leading and motivating the team
- You assist with staff scheduling and ensure proper coverage

- You support launches, activations, and in-store events
- You are an important face of K-Beauty Store on the shop floor
Who are you?
- You have an interest in beauty and skincare (K-beauty is a plus)
- You have experience in retail (leadership experience is a plus)
- You are customer-focused, energetic, and commercially driven
- You have strong communication skills and speak Dutch and English well

Customer experience & advice
- You provide personalized skincare advice to customers
- You answer questions and help customers find the right products
- You make sure customers feel welcome and want to return
Shop floor & presentation
- You ensure the store is always clean, tidy, and well-presented
- You restock products and maintain inventory levels
- You create an attractive product presentation
Sales
- You actively contribute to achieving sales targets
- You identify opportunities to further advise customers and recommend products
- You assist with in-store promotions and campaigns
Team
- You work closely with your colleagues and support where needed
- You contribute to a positive and energetic team environment
Who are you?
- You have an interest in beauty and skincare (K-beauty is a plus)
- You are customer-focused, friendly, and energetic
- You have strong communication skills and speak Dutch and/or English well
- You are flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
- Experience in retail is a plus, but not required
