Store

Vacancy: Sales Assistant (weekend)

📍 Location: Amsterdam

🕒 Employment: Part time, weekends

About K-Beauty Store

K-Beauty Store is the destination for Korean skincare and beauty products in Europe. Since 2022, we have been bringing the most innovative and effective products from Korea to our customers. With a rapidly growing webshop and our first physical store in Amsterdam, we are expanding our team and looking for a Weekend Sales Assistant.

What will you do?

As a Weekend Sales Assistant, you are one of the faces of our store during its busiest days. You ensure every customer feels welcome, receives personalized advice and enjoys a memorable shopping experience.

Customer experience & advice

  • You provide personalized skincare advice
  • You answer questions and help customers find the right products
  • You ensure customers feel welcome and want to return

Shop floor & presentation

  • You ensure the store is always clean, tidy and well presented
  • You restock products and help maintain inventory levels
  • You create attractive product displays

Sales

  • You actively contribute to achieving sales targets
  • You identify opportunities to recommend suitable products
  • You assist with in store promotions, campaigns and new launches

Team

  • You work closely with your colleagues and support where needed
  • You contribute to a positive and energetic team environment

Who are you?

  • You have an interest in beauty and skincare. Knowledge of K-Beauty is a plus
  • You are customer focused, friendly and energetic
  • You have strong communication skills and speak Dutch and/or English well
  • You are available every Saturday and Sunday
  • Retail experience is required
  • Experience in beauty retail is a plus

With a rapidly growing webshop and our first physical store in Amsterdam, we are expanding our team and looking for a Full Time Sales Assistant.

What will you do?

As a Full Time Sales Assistant, you are one of the familiar faces of our store. You ensure every customer feels welcome and receives personal advice while helping to keep the store running smoothly throughout the week.

Customer experience & advice

  • You provide personalized skincare advice
  • You answer questions and help customers find the right products
  • You ensure every customer has a welcoming and memorable shopping experience
  • You build customer relationships that make people want to return

Shop floor & presentation

  • You ensure the store is always clean, tidy and well presented
  • You restock products and help maintain inventory levels
  • You create attractive product displays
  • You help with the daily opening and closing of the store

Sales

  • You actively contribute to achieving sales targets
  • You identify opportunities to recommend suitable products
  • You assist with in store promotions, campaigns and new launches

Team

  • You work closely with your colleagues and support where needed
  • You help coordinate daily tasks on the shop floor
  • You contribute to a positive and energetic team environment

Who are you?

  • You have a strong interest in beauty and skincare. Knowledge of K-Beauty is a plus
  • You are customer focused, friendly, energetic and proactive
  • You have strong communication skills and speak Dutch and/or English well
  • You are flexible and available to work full time, including weekends
  • Retail experience is required
  • Experience in beauty retail is a plus
  • You enjoy taking responsibility and can work both independently and as part of a team
