CONTENT USAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Permission and Usage Rights

By responding to a request from K-Beauty Store with #YesKBeautyStore, you grant K-Beauty Store permission to use the specific photo, video or other content identified in our request (hereinafter referred to as “User Generated Content” or “UGC”).

You grant K-Beauty Store a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use this content for our own marketing and communication purposes as described below, until you withdraw your permission.

This means that:

• You remain the owner of your original content.

• You are free to continue using and sharing your content yourself.

• K-Beauty Store may publish, share and reuse your content on the channels listed below.

• You will not receive financial compensation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Tagging K-Beauty Store or using #KBeautyGlowGetters does not automatically give us permission to reuse your content. We will ask for your permission separately.

2. Where May We Use Your Content?

With your permission, we may share your content across the following K-Beauty Store channels:

• Our website and online store, including our homepage and product pages.

• Our official social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

• Our Stories, Reels and other organic social media posts.

• Our email newsletters and other owned digital communication channels.

Paid advertising is not included in this permission. If we would like to use your content in paid advertisements, sponsored posts or other paid campaigns, we will request your separate permission beforehand.

3. Editing Your Content

To make your content suitable for our website and communication channels, we may make minor adjustments. These may include:

• Resizing or adjusting the aspect ratio.

• Shortening a video.

• Adding subtitles.

• Cropping images or displaying content in a website gallery.

• Removing or replacing music where the necessary usage rights are unavailable.

We will not edit your content in a misleading way or change its original meaning.

4. Crediting Your Content

We love giving our skincare community recognition! Whenever possible, we will credit or tag your social media account when sharing your content.

Please note that crediting may not always be technically possible in every section of our website or in every form of communication.

5. Your Responsibilities

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.

• You are the original creator of the content or have the necessary rights to grant us permission to use it.

• You have obtained permission from any other identifiable individuals appearing in your content for the uses described in these terms.

• All identifiable individuals appearing in your content are at least 18 years old.

• Your content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other legal rights of third parties.

• You have the authority to grant K-Beauty Store the usage rights described in these terms.

Please note: Music available on Instagram or TikTok may not be licensed for use outside those platforms or for commercial purposes. K-Beauty Store may therefore remove or replace music, or choose not to publish content if the necessary rights are unavailable.

6. How Long Can We Use Your Content?

You grant K-Beauty Store permission to use your content until you withdraw your permission.

Changed your mind? No worries! You can withdraw your permission at any time by replying to our original message, sending us a DM or contacting our customer service team through our website.

Simply let us know which photo or video your request concerns. A link or screenshot helps us find it.

Once we receive your request, we will stop further use and remove the content from the channels we control without undue delay.

Content already included in delivered newsletters or independently shared by others may not be possible to recall. Withdrawing your permission does not affect any use that lawfully took place before your withdrawal.

Withdrawing your permission will not affect your eligibility for Glow Getters packages, and you will not need to return any package you have already received.

7. Compensation & Glow Getters Packages

Giving K-Beauty Store permission to reuse your content is voluntary and does not entitle you to payment, free products or other rewards, unless separately agreed in writing.

Through our Glow Getters initiative, we select customers each month to receive a complimentary K-Beauty package. Selection is based on creativity, authentic experiences and how the content inspires our community. Sharing content does not guarantee selection.

A Glow Getters package is a separate gift, not payment for permission to reuse your content. Receiving a package does not require you to grant that permission, keep it in place or post additional content.

If you choose to share content about a complimentary package, please clearly disclose that you received it as a gift from K-Beauty Store.

If we agree on a collaboration involving specific posts or other deliverables, we will confirm those arrangements separately.

8. Responsibility for Your Content

You remain responsible for the content you publish on your personal social media accounts.

K-Beauty Store is not responsible for other posts, statements or activities associated with your personal social media account.

We reserve the right not to use your content or to remove it from our channels at any time. This may happen if it no longer aligns with our communication or if concerns arise regarding usage rights.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

With your permission, we may display your social media username alongside your content and any personal information visible within the content itself. We will ask separately before using your profile picture if it is not part of the content identified in our request.

We process the personal data necessary to document your permission, use your content and handle requests to withdraw permission.

We handle your personal data carefully and in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Changes to These Terms

K-Beauty Store may update these Content Usage Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The terms applicable at the time you granted permission will continue to apply to that permission. If we wish to make changes that expand our usage rights, we will request your permission again.
