1. Wash your feet cleanly and dry them.
2. Take out the pack, fold it in half, and cut the top of the sticker with scissors.
3. After wearing it on your feet, align the sticker with your ankle and fix the adhesive surface.
4. Wait about 1 hour.
5. The calluses will naturally fall off after about 4 to 7 days of use
